Keys and Codes:
-If changed, we must be notified as soon as possible. Otherwise, an additional charge will be incurred if we are unable to complete the job from lack of access to property
Electronics and Medical Equipment:
-For our liability and safety, we will not be responsible for cleaning large electronics (i.e. flat screens or computer screens) and/or medical equipment of any kind.
Pets
-All pets must be contained in a safe area for the time of the cleaning, for both the animal's and worker's safety.
Payment
-Payment is due upon services rendered. Checks or cash should be left in a pre-agreed area. We do also accept both debit and credit cards, but it needs to be set up about a week prior to the appointment. If payment isn't left, an inconvenience fee will be added.
